What is the Rainbow Allotment Project?

Manx Radio and KPMG in the Crown Dependencies launched the Rainbow Allotment Project back in April 2022. This project was aimed at primary school children to have fun, educate and promote sustainability and growing but with a twist on growing projects that may have been done previously.

So far The Rainbow Allotment Project produce has won awards in the local farming competitions.

From the planter to the plate, amazing colours and all types of vegetable have been grown in all shapes and sizes.

Rainbow Allotment Project 2024

For the third year in a row, Manx Radio and KPMG in the Crown Dependencies are joining together for their exciting school project, The Rainbow Allotment. As in previous years, the project continues to be fully inclusive and focuses on fun, education, sustainability and growing and comes with a fun twist on growing vegetables.
