In the past few years, the Menopause has very much come into the spotlight, largely thanks to a number of high profile celebrities, journalists and broadcasters who have publicly shared their own experiences to help others feel less alone on their journey. Christy recently caught up with one such celebrity – Louise Minchin.

Perhaps most famous for her years spent on the BBC Breakfast Sofa, listening to others share their stories, Louise is marking World Menopause Day by sharing her own journey through the menopause.

She has also teamed up with Clean Sleep Environment Expert Chris Tattersall, who has some surprising advice about how sleeping under woollen bed clothes and even wearing wool pyjamas can make it considerably easier to combat the hot flushes that keep so many women awake at night.
