Parents are urged to ensure toys and remotes are secure.
It's after a 4-year-old accidentally swallowed a button battery last week.
The boy had to be airlifted to Alder Hay and is recovering well.
Chanelle Sukhoo spoke to Ryan Taylor, his father, and also has advice from the Interim Deputy Director of Public Health, Toysin Amusan.
