We find about - and hear - this year's Arrane son Mannin, which will go forward to represent the Island in the Pan Celtic International Song Contest at the Pan Celtic Festival in Letterkenny, County Donegal, in Easter Week.
A central figure in Manx cultural life of the early twentieth century was Sophia Morrison, who died on 17th January 1917. We look at an historic recording of John Nelson, made in 1907 with the Edison Phonograph purchased by Sophia Morrison for The Manx Language Society.
