Christy catches up with the wonderfully positive and inspiring Sandra Oberoi, who moved to the Island two years ago and is on a mission to inspire, connect and support young musicians. Her organisation, Harmony International Isle of Man, is running the workshop 'Anyone Can Compose' at the Kensington Youth Arts Centre.
