A charity on the Isle of Man is giving people confidence and a sense of independence through its shopmobility scheme.Circa Isle of Man, located on level 2 of Chester Street car park, lends out powered mobility equipment to people with mobility issues so they can go out and enjoy the high street.Chanelle Sukhoo spoke to Heather Williams from the charity
