Building connection is a fundamental part of loving, caring and protecting our natural world.
And there are many ways to connect, or reconnect with it.
In this episode we speak to Scottish multi-instrumentalist and producer Erland Cooper. Originally from Stromness, Orkney, Erland’s work is inspired largely by his childhood home and themes of nature, birds and landscape.
We went across the Irish Sea to speak to him about island life, his connection with the natural world and his critically acclaimed debut album Solan Goose.
