Environment, Food and Agricultural Minister Geoffrey Boot MHK will ask Tynwald members to support the Agricultural Drought Relief Scheme 2018, which would enable farmers to apply for grants for livestock, crops and vegetables. Mr Boot explains more about that scheme.
