This week, Spotlight come to you from Lorient Interceltic Festival in Brittany where over 50 Manxies are representing the Island at this epic event which attracts almost 1 million visitors per year! We start at the Manx/Cornish Pavilion, where Cornish group, 3 Daft Monkeys are entertaining the gathering crowds, then we follow a Galician pipe band up the hill to the Jardins des Arts et Luthiers. Here we enjoy some pipe music, and speak to Manx Artist representing the Island this year, Juia Ashby Smyth. Over the road, we find Skeddan Jiarg who are just preparing for their biggest show of the festival and we finish with some beautiful Galician Singing and music from Inyal and Josie Duncan.
