- as part of their Challenge Tuesdays series, we heard Beth and Christy learning about the basics of Pilates - with the lovely Michelle James, former Manx Radio presenter (who can now add the title 'Qualified Pilates Instructor' to her many talents!) In this second session, Michelle shows us a very simple but effective move to get a happier, healthier spine. You can follow along with the video below and if you do, please do email us to tell us how you got on! latelunch@manxradio.com You can find Michelle, and more of her excellent instructional videos, on Facebook here.
The Soul Starter for today was The Floaters with 'Float On', which went to no.1 on this day in 1977; and the Jukebox was a Battle of the Barrys as we pitted Barry Manilow against himself (three times!). With the triple choice of 'Bermuda Triangle', 'Copacobana' and 'Cant Smile Without You', it was a close run, but 'Smile' won out in the end.
If you missed it, you can listen back to all of today's programme at this link for the next 7 days.
