Ben and Christy were joined in the studio by Aaron Ibanez, who came to tell us all about butterflies; there's apparently been what's been described as 'an invasion' of the Painted Lady butterfly species, so if you're wondering how and where to find these beautiful creatures in the sunshine this weekend, go watch and comment on and comment on our Facebook Page, or watch and share it on Youtube (see below);
we also heard from Michele Farrar from Port St Mary Lifeboat, who had some advice about how to stay safe around the Island shores and on the water during these warm sunny days; PSM Lifeboat Day is this Sunday, starting from 1pm - you can find out more here; Michele was representing the RNLI who have been our Charity of the Week (find out more about them here)
we started with the Soul Classic 'Sweet Love' from Anita Baker, gave a preview play of Scouting for Girls new single 'Grown Up' (Paradise and Gell Record of the Week next week) and our Jukebox was a Discotastic choice between Earth, Wind & Fire's 'September' and the original version of 'Relight My Fire' by Dan Hartman.
