  • Catherine Ellen Coss known as Eleanor Coss.

    Date of Death: Saturday 4th January.

    We've been asked to announce the death of Catherine Eleanor Coss known as Eleanor Coss aged 99 years of Peel, formerly of Braddan. She passed away on Saturday 4th January at Crovan Court Ramsey. Beloved Wife of the late Bill, much loved Mum to Mal, Mother In Law to Ian. Treasured Nan to Sian, Russell, Greg and their partners, loving Great Nan to Lucie, Sienna, William, George, Heidi and Rudi, she will be sadly missed by her family and friends.

  • James Anthony (Jimmy) Walsh.

    Date of Death: Monday 6th January.

    We've been asked to announce the death of James Anthony Walsh. He passed away on Monday 6th January at Hospice Isle of Man. He died peacefully after a short illness with his Son Jack, Daughter Kirsty and former spouse and close friend Judith by his side. A dear Brother, Brother In Law and Uncle, he will be sadly missed by all his family, his friends on the Island and further afield and his colleagues and service users at Tall Trees Resource Centre.

    A service to celebrate Jimmy's life will take place at 11am on Saturday 25th January at The Douglas Borough Crematorium.     We've been asked to announce the death of Cynthia Helen Kennish nee Lyndsay formerly Gelling aged 72 years of Albany Street Douglas. She passed away on Saturday 11th January at Brookfield Nursing Home in Ramsey surrounded by her family. Beloved Wife of Charlie, dearly loved Daughter of the late Cicely and B. Lindsay, she will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.

    We've been asked to announce the death of Robert Andrew Watson and Carolyn Margaret Watson. Robert passed away on Tuesday 7th January aged 85 years of Glen Vine. Beloved Husband of Carolyn, loving Dad of Nick and Simon, Father In Law of Pam and Nicola, treasured Grandpa of Katie, Alice, Victoria and Charlotte, Loving Brother of Tim and the late John, he will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.
    Carolyn passed away on Wednesday 8th January aged 84 years at Elder Grange Nursing Home. Beloved Wife of the late Robert, ,loving Mum of Nick and Simon, Mother in Law of Pam and Nicola, cherished Granny of Katie, Alice, Victoria and Charlotte, loving Sister of John and Sister in Law of Dee, she will be sadly missed by all her family and friends.

    A joint funeral service will be held at Marown Parish Church on Tuesday 28th January at 11am followed by a private burial. Family flowers only please.
