Friday's will be the first car launch as a Williams driver for Carlos Sainz, the team's big winter signing, with the former Ferrari driver and four-time race winner joining Alex Albon to form one of the reshuffled 2025 grid's most formidable and impressive line-ups.
Earlier this week, Williams announced a new title sponsorship with software company Atlassian - described as the "biggest partnership deal in Williams' 48-year history" - and believe that such deals, Sainz's high-profile arrival and behind-the-scenes improvements at their Grove factory underline the improvements they are making as they bid to move up the grid.
Williams slipped back to ninth in last year's Constructors' Championship, two places lower than where they were the year before after a bigger step forward in 2023, but the James Vowles-led team have their eye on sustained growth into the longer term as the spectre of 2026's big F1 rules overhaul starts to loom large.
"There is a tremendous amount to look forward to for Williams in 2025 - we have fantastic race drivers in Alex and Carlos, top engineers joining from across the grid and new facilities becoming operational at our Grove HQ," said team principal Vowles last month ahead of his third season in charge.
"As part of our comeback plan, we have been working on our 2025 car for some time and I can't wait to see it at Silverstone on February 14.
"Everyone in the team is giving everything to get this team back where it belongs as we head towards the major rule changes for 2026. It's going to be an exciting year."
