Committee hears of open door policies within Government
The whistleblowing policy is a last resort for most staff.

He was giving evidence at Thursday's (10th January) sitting of the Tynwald Select Committee investigating whistleblowing. The committee, chaired by Julie Edge MHK, was set up last year to look into the effectiveness of the Manx Government's whistleblowing policy. The other members of the committee are Jane Poole-Wilson MLC and Kerry Sharpe MLC.
