Hooper calls for new strategy
Only 12 new public sector houses have been built in the last four years.
That's the claim from Ramsey MHK Lawrie Hooper who says a clear policy is required to reduce a waiting list of around 700 people.
He's asking Infrastructure Minister Ray Harmer about when a new strategy will be presented to Tynwald at the House of Keys sitting on Tuesday (25 February).
Mr Hooper says it's fairly common for a constituent to raise the subject with him.
