No seeded riders and order based on qualifying
Changes are being made to how teams are seeded in the sidecar class at this year's Isle of Man TT Races.
Unlike other classes at the 2025 event, organisers have confirmed sidecar crews will not be seeded and instead the running order will be decided on qualifying position.
It means the fastest will start at first, second-fastest just after and so on up to the back of the qualifying order.
This comes as the opening top 10 numbers for three-wheeled teams for this year's event have been revealed.
At No.1 are last year's defending double champions, Manx duo Ryan and Callum Crowe.
Peter Founds and Jevan Walmsley are just behind at No.2 whilst 14-time TT winner Ben Birchall is at No.3 with a new passenger in Patrick Rosney.
There's two newcomers inside the top 10 in 2025 - one of those is passenger Oscar Lawrence who'll be linking up with Lewis Blackstock at No.5.
The other maiden appearance is for driver Stephen Kershaw at No.10 who'll be joined by passenger Rhys Gibbons.
Molyneux has also now been joined in sidecar retirement by John Holden and Conrad Harrison whilst separately Alan Founds will not be involved in this year's racing fortnight.
The 2025 Isle of Man TT Races are due to take place from Monday, 26 May to Saturday, 7 June.
