Harry Payne admits they're currently 'really struggling'

The 2024 Sidecar World Champion says getting the right financial backing to compete in the sport remains a challenge.

Steinhausen Racing driver Harry Payne, and teammate Kevin Rousseau were crowned world champions during the last campaign.

Former Island resident Payne admits they're 'really struggling' at the moment to secure the sponsors and support required for the year to come.

However he believes it's not only three-wheeled racing that's finding it tough:

The provisional calendar for the 2025 FIM Sidecar World Championship was announced back on 12 December 2024.

The first round of the eight-round series is currently scheduled to take place at the 24hr Motos at Le Mans, France on 18-19 April with the final phase being held at Oscherschleben, Germany on 4-5 October.
