Taylor-Brown competed at Paris and Tokyo Olympics
Great Britain triathlon athlete Georgia Taylor-Brown will make a guest appearance at the Isle of Man Sports Awards.
Taylor-Brown won gold in the mixed relay in 2020 at the Tokyo Olympics where she also won silver for the individual event.
She followed up those achievements last year as she helped her team to win bronze in the mixed relay in Paris.
The 30-year-old said: “I am really excited to attend.
"It will be my first visit to the Isle of Man but I am well aware of the Island’s deep sporting roots.
"I can’t wait to meet the athletes and immerse myself in the Island’s sporting culture for a few days.”
The shortlist for the Isle of Man Sports Awards was unveiled earlier this month and includes Tour de France star Sir Mark Cavendish, Paris Olympian Yasmin Ingham and Wimbledon debutant Billy Harris.
Education, Sport and Culture Minister Daphne Caine says she's 'delighted' Georgia accepted the invitation.
