Report by Ben Cunningham:

It’s the final weekend of the 2025 Men’s and Ladies league action in Manx Hockey, with some titles still to be decided …

In the Ladies Premier League, league champions Castletown A will hope they can finish their season unbeaten when they play Ramsey A who know they will have a tough last game of the season.

Vikings A meet Harlequins A - when these two sides met in the league Vikings came away with the win but in the cup Harlequins came away with the win; finally, Bacchas A play Valkyrs A who know a win for them would see the westerners take the runners-up spot in this league.

In the Men's Premier League, relegation has been confirmed but still the league title to be confirmed.

The big game of the weekend sees the top two sides fight it out as league leaders Bacchas A play Vikings A who sit behind the league leaders by just two points - this game is definitely going to be hotly contested.

Vikings A must win by nine goals or more to take the title given Bacchas' superior goal difference.

Elsewhere Valkyrs A - who have had a mixed bag of a season face - Harlequins A who will be happy with how their season has gone; Castletown A who know a win this weekend could see them finish in third spot play Valkyrs B whose relegation was confirmed a few weeks ago.

In Ladies Division One, there was a midweek game in this league between Castletown B and Castletown D which went the way of the B team meaning they have finished the season unbeaten and with a perfect record however for the D team they are waiting to see how results go this weekend as to if they stay up or get relegated.

Castletown C - who know a draw or a win would see them stay up and their D team go down - play Vikings B whilst Valkyrs B meet Bacchas B with Valkyrs knowing a win would see them finish in the runners up spot

In Men's Division One, relegation in this league is confirmed but the title is still to be decided.

The top two in this league face off as league leaders Bacchas B play Vikings B to determine who gets that promotion back to the premier league - both sides come into this game on the same points total of 17 with just goal difference splitting the two in favour of Bacchas.

Ramsey A play relegated Bacchas C who’s relegation was confirmed last weekend following their defeat to Castletown B; finally, Harlequins B play Castletown B with both these two sides fighting for that mid table finish this could be a close game.

In Ladies Division Two, we were due to see the top two in this league play off but the match between Bacchas C - who were crowned champions last weekend - and Valkyrs C has been given as a walk over to Valkyrs C with Bacchas C unable to field a team.

Elsewhere, Harlequins B play Vikings C who got a narrow win last time out over Valkyrs C and Ramsey B play Castletown E who have made a really good account of themselves being a newly formed team.

Men's Division Two was concluded last weekend with Valkyrs C winning this league just one point ahead of second place Vikings C.
