Hockey: Sienna Dunn receives England Under-21's call-up

Manx player one of 21 competitors selected for setup for 2024

Manx hockey player Sienna Dunn has received a call-up to the England Under-21 women's squad for 2024.

The former Valkyrs competitor is one of 21 players selected for the setup following assessments which took place last month.

Dunn is one of 14 members who've moved up an age category after being part of the England Under-18's side which finished fourth in the Junior Women's World Cup in Chile last December.

The Under-21 programme got underway this week at Warwick University and the squad will travel to Spain at Easter before heading to France in May where they will have the chance to play alongside FIH Pro League matches.

Those trips are part of preparations for the EuroHockey Junior Championships due to take place in Terrassa, Spain from 14-20 July.
