Ramsey youngster named by British Swimming
Manx swimmer Ben Grainger has been selected for the British Swimming Para Academy.
The Ramsey youngster has been helped by Isle of Man swimming coach Lee Holland and will now join a programme aiming for success at the next Paralympic Games in Tokyo in 2020.
There are three levels in all - podium, podium potential and then the academy with seventeen other swimmers alongside Ben Grainger.
In all there are 49 athletes named.
At Rio, swimming accounted for 47 medals including 16 golds - that's just under a third of the total Team GB haul.
