Golf: 2024 Isle of Man Championships to begin this weekend

Island's top players expected to be part of eight-day event

The Isle of Man's top golfers are expected to be part of one of the biggest events on the calendar which gets underway this weekend.

The 2024 Isle of Man Championships will be held at Mount Murray Golf Club between 6-14 July.

Proceedings will get underway this weekend with the men's and women's qualifiers on Saturday at 7.30am and Sunday at 12.30pm respectively (6-7 July).

Following this will be the round of 16 matchplay stage next Tuesday (9 July) at 4.30pm.

That'll be followed by the quarter-finals two days later on Thursday, 11 July at 5pm with the last four taking place the following day (12 July) also at 5pm.

This year's championships will then conclude with the finals scheduled for 1pm on Sunday, 14 July.
