Seven of eight ties across both tournaments scheduled this weekend
With the final weeks of the Isle of Man football season approaching, eight now remain to battle it out in the upcoming quarter-finals of two cup competitions this weekend.
Eight ties are scheduled across the latest rounds of the Manx Quality Sheds Hospital Cup and Ascot Hotel Junior Cup with seven of those being held across Saturday and Sunday (26-27 April).
On Saturday, three Hospital Cup ties are penned in - Among those there's an all-Division 2 affair as Colby host Douglas High School Old Boys (Dhsob.).
The other Division 2 side remaining in the competition - Ramsey Youth Centre & Old Boys (Rycob.) - host top-flight visitors Laxey whilst an all-Premier League meeting at Billy Goat Park sees Foxdale welcome Laxey.
The remaining Hospital Cup quarter-final between Peel and Ayre United has been postponed until next Tuesday (29 April) at 6.15pm due to players from both teams receiving call-ups to the Isle of Man national team this weekend.
Elsewhere, all four Junior Cup quarter-finals are scheduled for this Sunday (27 April) - included in the four games, defending champions Ramsey travel to St John's United.
