Garff saw the most convincing victory in the 2011 general election, as Steve Rodan saw off his one challenger.
Mr Rodan polled 1,725 votes, over ten times more than Liberal Vannin candidate Nigel Dobson (136).
Afterwards, Mr Dobson (pictured) said it was important to have the contest to make sure every voter on the Island had a choice:
