Police want to hear from anyone who saw a car being driven dangerously on the Mountain Road.
Officers are seeking witnesses who spotted a silver BMW being driven dangerously or overtaking other vehicles while driving from Douglas towards Ramsey.
The incident is alleged to have taken place between 2.20pm and 2.30pm yesterday.
Anyone who can help police with their investigation is urged to contact Police Headquarters on 631212.
