Mental health facilties to be examined
An independent review of the Island's health services is being conducted this month.
The West Midlands Quality Review Service will visit hospital, community and mental health facilities to judge the DHSC's continuing performance.
It's the seventh of eight reviews commissioned by the Manx government in 2013.
Previous visits by the WMQRS have found inadequacies in areas like stroke care and IT infrastructure.
Health Minister Kate Beecroft gave inspectors credit for their work so far - but added work is ongoing to establish an independent regulator here in the Island in future.
