Minister admits previous isolation policy was 'out of step'
Government is not abdicating responsibility in tackling Covid-19 with its latest approach to testing.
That's according to the health minister as close contacts of confirmed cases no longer have to test or isolate.
Instead they're encouraged to take part in a voluntary home testing scheme using lateral flow devices.
