
National Secretary on Island after start of industrial action
Talks between the National Association of Head Teachers and the Department of Education, Sport and Culture have been described as 'positive' by both parties.
National Secretary of the union Rob Kelsall has been on the Island following the start of industrial action by union members this week in a dispute over pay awards.
The union has written an open letter to parents outlining their position and stressing children's education won't be put at risk in the action being taken from this week in their dispute over pay awards.
