Changes made following Covid-19 disruptions
The University College Isle of Man has changed the way its courses and apprenticeships are marked, as students return for the end of the academic year.
New 'safety-net grades' are to be used, to give students a fairer chance to achieve the qualifications they want, despite disruptions caused by Covid-19.
Head of UCM is Jo Pretty:
Island's finances 'in a better position than most other jurisdictions'
Completion of assisted dying bill 'the most significant moment of 2025'
Keep dogs away from Garwick Beach for next few days
Cost of sending a letter on the Island to increase in January
