62-year-old pleads not guilty to offence
A Union Mills man will stand trial after being accused of indecently assaulting a woman in his car.
The 62-year-old appeared at Douglas Courthouse where he denied making comments, touching her inappropriately and attempting to kiss her on 3 December last year.
Committal proceedings - where the case is elevated to the Court of General Gaol Delivery - will take place on 28 May.
He's been bailed until that date.
Update: At Douglas Courthouse on 28 May the man was committed to the Court of General Gaol Delivery - bail continues until his next appearance before that court.
