21-year-old allegedly bit two people in May
A Ramsey man will stand trial after being accused of assaulting two members of hotel staff.
Brogan Keith Misselbrook, of Walpole Drive, appeared at Douglas Courthouse where he denied assault causing actual bodily harm and common assault.
The 21-year-old allegedly bit the male owner of the Trevelyan Hotel, where he was staying at the time, on the stomach and the female owner on the arm.
Both offences are said to have taken place on 8 May.
Committal proceedings – where the case is elevated to the Court of General Gaol Delivery – will take place on 7 November; bail was granted until that date.
Update: Mr Misselbrook will next appear at the Court of General Gaol Delivery on 7 February 2025.
