21-year-old denies two offences
A Colby man will stand trial after being accused of being in charge of a vehicle whilst over the limit for controlled drugs.
Marcus Ray Reynolds, of Croit Ny Glionney, appeared at Douglas Courthouse where he denied having MDMA and cannabis in his system.
The 21-year-old was stopped by police on Earystane Road on 11 March; his vehicle was parked and the engine was not running.
A pre-trial review will take place on 26 November; bail continues.
Update: At Douglas Courthouse on 28 January 2025 the case was adjourned until 18 February.
Update: A trial is due to take place on 23 April 2025.
