Maritime trade union Nautilus has labelled the attitude of the Isle of Man Steam Packet Company as 'unacceptable'.

It follows claims that Steam Packet workers are being threatened with 'fire and rehire', and we're told the company refuses to agree to arbitration.

The dispute over conditions continues, which the union believes has reached an 'impasse'.

Senior National Organiser Garry Elliot thinks the organisation isn't being reasonable:
