Northern group say it's helped improve their mental health
Members of the Northern Dippers say sea swimming has helped improve their mental wellbeing.
The group regularly meets in Ramsey to go for a dip no matter the weather.
Today is Blue Monday - the third Monday in January - which is considered, by some, to be the most depressing day of the year.
But Fiona Barlow and Margaret Webb say going in the sea helps them forget their troubles:
Blue Monday was thought up by a travel company 10 years ago, as a PR stunt, to promote their winter deals but has now been adopted to promote good mental health and self-care.
Last week a new changing hut - the Southern Beach Shelter - was opened in Ramsey for the community to use.
