Project saw the whole town come together to make it happen
It's been four years in the making but a special changing hut has been officially opened in Ramsey.
The Southern Beach Shelter has been a project that's united the community with people donating time, resources and skills to build it.
A special opening ceremony was held in the northern town yesterday (15 January); the ribbon was cut by Lady Lorimer before she joined a group for a dip in the sea.
Amy Griffiths was there for the opening and spoke to Margaret Webb and Fiona Barlow from the Northern Sea Dippers and Ramsey Town Council Chair Rob Cowell:
CoMin making 'significant and determined efforts' to implement recommendations from Ranson review
Rain events 'difficult to forecast' on the Isle of Man
Planning permission granted for 26 industrial units
Port St Mary Commissioners urging residents not to 'struggle in silence'
