MHK seeks clarity on issue in House of Keys
Not all teaching unions are being recognised by the Department of Education, Sport and Culture.
That's according to Arbory, Castletown and Malew MHK Jason Moorhouse.
He'll be asking the education minister about the issue in the House of Keys this week after being contacted by a lecturer at University College Isle of Man.
Having worked in education before being elected, Mr Moorhouse says the ongoing pay dispute between some unions and the department has affected union membership recently:
