Geminid shower peaks this time each year
If you look to the East tonight, you should be able to see what look like shooting stars.
It'll actually be the Geminid meteor shower, which peaks each year around 13 December.
The meteors appear to move across the sky, like a shooting star, and are only visible for a matter of seconds each.
