Peel Commissioners has a new chairman.
Rodger Gimbert has been elected following their annual general meeting on May 1.
Meanwhile, Penny Hardman became vice-chairman.
Among the issues that will be given attention include the town rejuvenation and traffic managment.
Mr Gimbert says there's one particular issue that is of great importance.
