
A report criticising the government's in-house IT provider Information Systems Division, will be laid before Tywnald this week.
An investigation by the Standing Committee on Public Accounts was launched in response to a series of complaints from the government departments it was set-up to serve.
The report describes the division as 'complacent' to criticism about the cost and management of IT projects.
Critics say ISD has become too bureaucratic and inwardly-focused, forgetting its core aim is to provide public services like Noble's Hospital with vital IT projects.
