Recruitment and training are the biggest challenges facing the Isle of Man's Ambulance service - according to their Chief Officer.
The work of ambulance crews is becoming ever-more complex and specialised, and the changes are making it more difficult to recruit new trainees locally.
But Chief Ambulance Officer Steve Sieling (pictured) says he's working towards a training system that will encourage local applicants:
Island's finances 'in a better position than most other jurisdictions'
Completion of assisted dying bill 'the most significant moment of 2025'
Keep dogs away from Garwick Beach for next few days
Cost of sending a letter on the Island to increase in January
