Non-medical helpline has been running for almost three weeks
The government's coronavirus website is being updated to reflect questions being raised by the public.
That's according to the lead of the Government Community Support Group, which is running the non-medical helpline.
The facility was set up to give those without an internet connection access to information on the coronavirus measures.
