Pub owner believes his business will suffer
A local pub owner says a multi-million pound Douglas quayside development will literally leave him "in the dark".
Geoff Joughin runs the Albert Pub, next to the bus station site.
Planners gave the £25 million scheme the go-ahead yesterday.
A three-week appeal period will begin once a legal agreement between the developers and planners has been finalised.
