MHKs are expected to probe the Chair of the PSC about the non-compliance
The Public Services Commission will face scrutiny today (5 November) for a potential breach of the law.
The PSC is legally required to submit an annual report after each financial year and lay it before Tynwald; however, it has not done so since 2021.
Chair Kate Lord-Brennan is expected to make a statement explaining the reasons for this non-compliance.
