Meeting in Port St Mary this week saw large turnout
A volunteer who helps tourists explore the south of the Island says she feels "a bit ashamed" when she has to tell them there's no bus serving Cregneash.
Christa Viohl was behind a public meeting held in Port St Mary this week to discuss the loss of the number 28 service.
The Department of Infrastructure recently confirmed it scrapped the route because it wasn't financially viable, with passenger numbers falling significantly since 2019.
Last month the move came under fire at Tynwald following the publication of a Freedom of Information request response.

Meanwhile, an MHK for the south says it's 'just ridiculous' that the Sound is being shown to promote the bus network when it's not accessible by bus.
Rushen member Michelle Haywood was among those who attended the public meeting this week discussing the loss of the number 28 route.
