Chief minister insists there has been 'a great deal of progress' since events in April
The chief minister insists a 'great deal of progress' has been made following the government roadshows earlier this year.
That's despite an MHK saying those who attended don't feel like anything has happened as a result of the events.
More than 400 people attended the roadshows over four evenings in April with another round expected to take place in Spring 2025.
Douglas North MHK David Ashford asked Alfred Cannan for a list of changes that have been brought in as a direct result of the roadshows.
The chief minister told Tynwald many of the topics that featured were already the subject of government work such as housing and immigration.
Mr Cannan said the meetings had provided 'plenty of food for thought' but Mr Ashford believes the public hasn't seen the benefit:
