Consultation closes on 13 December
People have just over a week left to help shape the Isle of Man’s future refugee policy.
A public consultation is running until Tuesday, 13 December.
It aims to gather views on support and services which could be provided for those fleeing conflict.
In March the Island opened its doors to Ukrainian people escaping the war-torn country – since then 100 people have been given leave to come and live here.
Prior to this government had no established blueprint regarding refugees.
Views shared via this consultation will be used to draft a policy which will be debated in Tynwald.
