With old footballing foes England and Germany meeting in the second round of the World Cup today, the police are warning people once again about the penalties for drink driving.
Earlier this week the head of the Roads Policing Unit, Inspector Mark Britton, criticised the number of people arrested on suspicion of drink driving since the start of the World Cup, including one person who was stopped twice in 24 hours.
Inspector Britton says that person is now going through the court system, adding that the message clearly isn't getting through:
