King Gaming headquarters given green light after appeal

Plans have been approved for a new campus headquarters for an eGaming company on the former Cunningham's Holiday Camp site in Douglas.

The new King Gaming base has been given the green light despite a recent planning appeal against the proposal being lodged by Isle of Man Enterprises which raised concerns around parking provision.

The mixed-use development, which will include a restaurant, cafe and 66 staff accommodation units.  has previously been described as the 'largest ever single private investment on the Isle of Man'.

The company behind the plans, Jade Tree Limited, says it will sustainably regenerate a long-established brownfield site into accommodation, commercial and recreational space.
