Haven Homes given go-ahead for Castletown proposals
A housing development to create almost 100 new homes in the south of the Island has been given the go-ahead by planners.
The planning committee has approved Haven Homes' proposals to construct 96 dwellings on the corner of Douglas Road and Victoria Road in Castletown.
As well as the housing, the designs include the creation of a new junction to provide access to the development.
The plans were initially submitted in May 2018, but have since undergone several changes.
