Four-year-old rescued street dog now having hydrotherapy and acupuncture
The ‘paw-rents’ of a severely disabled dog on the Isle of Man say they are ‘so grateful’ to the Manx public for helping support their furry friend.
Four-year-old Vin was adopted by Andi and Pete Nolan from Thailand; he’d been abused, suffered 17 fractures and had to have his right forelimb amputated.
Earlier this year the Ramsey couple made a plea for donations to Vin’s fundraising page so they could travel to the UK for a second opinion in the hope his life expectancy could be improved.
Unfortunately due to the abuse he’d suffered, and arthritis setting in, they were told surgical intervention was not possible.

However they say they won’t give up on him and, thanks to weekly acupuncture and hydrotherapy sessions, they are seeing improvements in his health:
